Local leaders discuss building community through sustainable food systems.

Meet the pioneers who are designing, developing and creating more sustainable food systems and other initiatives that are bringing our community together.

Big Boom will host presentations from individuals, groups and businesses leading the way to a healthier Geelong.

Urban agriculture provides a real opportunity to grow food close to where it is consumed. This can create a closed loop and minimise any harmful waste generated throughout the process.

See how these food-centred design initiatives are happening right here in Geelong and our involvement in this global movement.

Join us for the talk/presentation only, or stay and enjoy a shared lunch to celebrate some of our region’s best produce with our guest speakers.
