Geelong’s own Back to Back Theatre, together with its screen partners, will discuss how it is venturing onto big and little screens with content created and filmed in Geelong for national and international distribution.

Bruce Gladwin and Alice Nash have been at the helm of Geelong’s Back to Back Theatre for almost 20 years. Guiding their vision every step of the way is a group of actors with disabilities who are front and centre of the company’s artistic vision. Bruce and Alice, along with actors from the company’s professional ensemble, will be joined in conversation by Australian screen experts to discuss how this internationally regarded regional theatre company creates new works for the world stage and has now moved to include TV and feature films in its creative repertoire.
