The MY STORY Project is an opportunity for people with lived experience of disability and mental health challenges to find their own voice and ‘tell their own story in their own way’. Over 100 people participated in the project to develop their storytelling skills through a 12-week mentoring program. The result is an extraordinary multi-media collection of creative works.

At this event, some of the MY STORY participants will share their stories and experiences of living with disability and mental health challenges through word, music, film  and sound.

Event will include live music, speakers, readings, a film viewing and Q&A forum. Light finger food provided, drinks at bar prices. No bookings required.
