EOI: Development and Implementation of a Communications Strategy and Action Plan
Melbourne, Bendigo, Ballarat and Geelong – have formed a network called the Victorian Creative Cities Network (VCCN). The VCCN works collaboratively to progress local, regional and international opportunities that provide economic, social, environmental and cultural benefit to the cities of Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo.
This Expression of Interest is inviting experienced communication and/or marketing companies, collaborations, and others with a firm interest in creative industries to submit a response to design and implement a communications strategy, action plan and supporting collateral.
