Speakers:

Dr Jonathan Daly is an urbanist who explores the relationship between people and the built environment. He has more than twenty years international experience working across urban design, architecture and planning. He holds a PhD in urban design from the University of Melbourne in which he examined the agency of built form to enable and constrain intercultural encounter. In 2013 he founded the Urban Behaviour Lab, a design research practice focused on human-environment relations. He is currently the manager of Urban Design and Heritage, and City Design Champion, at the City of Greater Geelong.

Tava Darakamaran runs the popular Grimshaw Breakfast series. She has done this for the past four years and has covered impressive and engaging topics by hosting artists, scientists, chefs, film makers, jazz musicians, and various other creatives at Grimshaw’s Gallery stage.
